A collection of doodles and random thoughts created to distract from the constant stream of anxiety and mind chatter that demands our attention in daily life. Bethany has put this little book together from raw and unpolished doodles and drawings to remind us that creativity takes on many forms and doesn’t have to be enjoyed or carried out by carefully placed brush strokes or lines by the uber-talented. We all have a bit of ‘shit-art’ in us waiting to be brought forth and purged, either just-for-fun or as a therapy to relieve anxiety and intrusive, persistent, repetitive thoughts.
